  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX
  • Net is due 30 days from date of invoice. Sales tax will be added if required by state law
  • Lead time, including shipping for Oral-B toothbrushes: 10 business days
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
    Procter & Gamble reserves the right to limit quantities ordered to the amount reasonably necessary for distribution to your patients and/or clients 
  • Shipping fees:  Ground Shipping is complimentary for all orders.  Expedited Shipping is at the customer's expense.
Convenient Shipping Plans
  • If you would like to customize a shipping schedule, simply state the number of cases you desire in a particular month. You may customize the shipment dates for each item ordered
  • Convenient shipping plan prices are available. Unless otherwise specified, these plans will automatically be renewed, and shipments will continue on the same timing until a customer cancels
  • You may change or cancel your order at any time by calling 1-800-543-2577 
Returns and Recalls
Product Return Policy
  • Product may be returned for full credit within 180 days of receipt
  • No credit will be given for product returned past 180 days
  • No returns for expired product
  • Procter & Gamble will not accept returns of more than 10 cases of any Crest Whitestrips Supreme from any one customer over a 1-year period of time, except for product shipped in error or damaged product
  • Imprinted toothbrushes cannot be returned for credit
Product Return Process
  • A Customer Service Agent MUST authorize all returns. Please call 1-800-543-2577. We will issue a Return Authorization Letter. Provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return
  • Send returns, accompanied by the Return Authorization Letter, to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipment costs except in cases of damaged product or product shipped in error
Damaged Product Returns
  • Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Letter. Shipping costs will be covered by Procter & Gamble
Recalls
  • In the event of a product recall, Procter & Gamble will notify customers about procedures for returning recalled product
Resale Policy
  • Crest Whitestrips Supreme and all Oral-B electric toothbrushes are intended for resale by dentists to patients under their care (excluding Professional Trial Units, which cannot be resold). Dental and dental hygiene schools may re-sell reasonable quantities of Crest Whitestrips Supreme to friends and family and on school property
  • If ordering more than 10 cases of Crest Whitestrips Supreme or more than 48 units of any power toothbrush within a calendar year, a Resale Agreement must be signed. Please contact your terri tory manager for more information.
