Frequently Asked Questions about Crest RewardsDo I have to give 35 days notice? Yes. The process to confirm your reservation request requires this. We regret that any request not made within this guideline must be returned. How long do I have to take the vacation?Vacations are valid throughout the year and must be completed within the redemption period. Are there any blackout periods?No. Our vacations packages are valid for an entire year, even on weekends and holidays. However, reservations are based on hotels' availability. Are there any gimmicks?There are no gimmicks. There are no land sales or time-share presentations, or any requirements of any kind on the part of the vacationer. Are there any hidden charges?There are no hidden charges. That's not to say this is an all-expenses-paid vacation. Since hotel taxes and resort fees vary from city to city, they are the responsibility of the traveler. Hotel taxes can be approximately 5% - 15% of the room rate. Can I use my certificates for group travel?Our contracts with the hotels do not allow us to compete with their group business (more than 4). These are individual family vacations and are not intended for group arrivals. Must the certificate nights be used consecutively?Yes. This is a package deal. How many people can occupy one room?Typically four people. However, local laws and hotel policies determine maximum occupancy for each property. Can I substitute another amenity for the local attraction?No. This is a package deal and all amenities have
been predetermined for the destination you have selected. You can
choose between one free breakfast for two or the local attraction during the
