Helpful HintsVacation Guarantee This reward is good for one vacation stay at one of the properties listed in your Crest Rewards Program catalog and Hotels, Resorts & Amenities brochure. Vacations are good for one year and are fully transferable. Our partner guarantees to confirm one of your reservation requests when you provide three (3) different hotel selections and dates for each. If you prefer to indicate only one or two hotel selections and dates for each, your request will be promptly processed. However, please be aware that the guarantee will not apply. An alternate arrival date would also assist in processing your request in a timely manner. 35 Day PostmarkThe Reservation Request Form must be postmarked by the Postal Service or received via fax at least 35 days prior to the earliest requested arrival date. If the 35 day required notice is not met, the Reservation Request Form will be returned. There are no exceptions, so plans should be made accordingly. RedemptionYour hotel stay must be completed within the redemption period shown on the upper right hand side of each of the Reservation Request Form sheets. Redemption date extensions are not permitted. Incidental Charges/TaxesYou are responsible for transportation to and from your destination, applicable hotel taxes, resort fees, and personal incidental charges such as food, beverages, parking, telephone, etc. Confirmation ProcessWhen the Reservation Request Form is received by our partner, the hotel is contacted to make the reservation. Immediately upon notification from the hotel, you will be advised of the hotel and dates for which you have been confirmed. In addition, a confirmation letter with your vacation gift and appropriate inclusions will be mailed to you promptly. Group TravelThe vacation certificate is not eligible for group travel. This means that no more than four Reservation Request Forms may be submitted for the same date at the same hotel. All requests must be submitted at the same time. More than four requests submitted for the same date at the same hotel will be considered a group request and will be returned. Airline ReservationsWe highly recommend that you wait until you are notified
of confirmation to make your airline reservations. |
