As a valued customer enrolled in our Crest Whitestrips Rewards program, we want to thank you for your support and purchase of Crest Whitestrips. You are the reason Crest Whitestrips is the #1 recommended whitening system in dental offices across the United States.

Periodically, Crest reviews the marketing programs we offer to analyze the value we create for our customers, as well as the return on investment for these programs.

As previously announced, after a review of the Crest Rewards program, we have decided to discontinue this program effective April 30, 2006. In order to provide you the best possible service, we wanted to provide you this second notice of events and timing related to the discontinuation of the Crest Whitestrips Rewards Program.

  • February 28, 2006—Discontinuation of Points Earned for Crest Whitestrips purchases. Up until this date, all purchases of Crest Whitestrips made within the current policies of the program will earn 1000 points per case. Click here for the current program policies.
  • April 30, 2006—Cut-off for final redemption of any unused points. By this date, you should redeem any points in your account for merchandise or travel.

We realize that you may have questions regarding your account status as these dates approach. You may look at your current points balance by visiting the Crest Rewards site at www.dentalcare.com, and if needed, further questions can be directed to Crest at 1-800-543-2577.
