Accessing the Crest Rewards Program Online

To access the Crest Rewards program online, you must first be eligible for Crest Rewards and be a registered user of dentalcare.com.  Please have your dentalcare.com login information, and your account number (from a recent statement or invoice).

Yes. I am currently a member of Crest Rewards, and have purchased at least 12 cases of Crest Whitestrips as part of a ship plan.  Please have your account information available (account number, name, and address from a recent account statement or packing slip), and click here to request online access to the Rewards program.
