Trademark Consent to Use and Website Consent to Link Agreement

The Procter & Gamble Company ("P&G") hereby consents to ____________________________ ("Third Party's") use of the Dental ResourceNet trademark and/or logo on Third Party's website www.____________________________.com ("www.ThirdPartySite.com"), pursuant to P&G's prior approval of the trademark/logo use, its placement within such www.ThirdPartySite.com website, and the use of any statements or claims in connection with such trademark/logo on the www.ThirdPartySite.com website.

In addition, P&G consents to Third Party's hypertext link from the www.ThirdPartySite.com website to the Dental ResourceNet website ("www.dentalresourcenet.com"), pursuant to P&G's prior approval of the destination page on the www.dentalresourcenet.com website resulting from such link.

Nothing in this Trademark Consent to Use and Website Consent to Link Agreement shall affect any transfer of copyright, trademark or any other applicable intellectual property rights or title from P&G to Third Party, and no other use of P&G's intellectual property rights is hereby authorized.
