CE certificates are automatically forwarded to Florida and Louisiana CE Broker on a monthly basis. For example, if you took a course in January, the record would be sent to CE Broker in the beginning of February. To ensure that your information is properly recorded, it is necessary to enter your license number. For accurate submissions into the Florida CE Broker system, dentists need to have a DN in front of their license number and hygienists need to have a DH in front of their license number. Please remove any zeros at the front of your license before submitting. CE Broker does not accept zeros.
  • Go to the site Log in/Register page.
  • In the "Sign In" box, click "I forgot my password"
  • Enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

As of April 25th, 2019, ProShop and no longer have shared log in credentials. If you were using shared credentials to access and , you may continue to use the same email address and password on both the and sites if you like. However, any changes you make on will not update your ProShop account and vice versa. You will now need to log in to ProShop to see pricing or place an order separately. The first time you create an account on ProShop, there is no waiting period to place an order if you are a dental professional. Students have a 72- hour approval process before an order can be placed. If there is an issue setting up a purchasing account, you will be contacted by the ProShop customer service team. When you complete a continuing education course on, a form will come up that requests your name, address, etc. If you are a member of the AGD, make sure to fill out the field that asks for your AGD membership number. When you hit submit, a copy of the "proof of completion" is e-mailed directly to the AGD and P&G. You may also want to print a copy for your records.

I am sorry to inform you that we cannot delete CE courses which have already been submitted. As a CE provider, we are required to keep copies of all submitted courses for 7 years. Due to this regulation, our system does not allow course deletion. This ensures that a course will not be deleted accidentally.
To share with your professor at this time as long as the assignment is still open, please do the following: 1. Go to “Your Courses and Activities,” find the course and under “Certificate” click the envelope icon. This will open the certificate page. 2. Look for “SUBMIT YOUR ASSIGNMENT TO DENTALCARE.COM” near the bottom. 3. Under “Assignment” add the number and click “SUBMIT.” Your score will now show in your professor’s log. The most efficient way is to enter the number on the CE home page. This will call up the course and track the assignment on your teacher’s log.
There is no fair way to select some groups without denying others that are equally deserving. Therefore, these donations are made through existing partnerships. Improvements were made to Instead of logging in using your username and password, you may now log in using the email address you used to set up your registration. The first time you log in the current site, you will be required to update your user profile. Please follow the 2 steps listed below:

  • Update your profile. You will be prompted to update your information. You may need to enter a new password. Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 number.
One of the new features of our site is shared credentials with ProShop (online shopping cart). You may now log in to these sites using your email and password.
