The most common reasons that your profile will not update is 1) the phone number in your current profile is not your correct cell phone number 2)you have an expired graduation date 2) your SMS country code does not match your registered country.

Enhanced Security Measure: 2-step authentication required for email and phone number changes. Step 1: Update your email address and/or your mobile phone number in your profile. Step 2: Save changes at the bottom of the page. Step 3: You will be prompted to authenticate this change in the pop-up window by choosing to receive the code at your previous email or phone number. Step 4: Check your email or phone for the code. For email, you will need to click the link to open a new window where you will be able to copy the code. For text, simply copy the code and enter in the verification box. Step 5: Hit Save!

If it is due to your graduation date or SMS country code, please update and try again.

• Click on the Log In button.
• In the "Sign In" box, click "I forgot my password"
• Enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.

The email will provide a link to create your new password. The password reset links are only valid for 1 click, within 24 hours of request. The password must be at least 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 letter. Upon entering your new password, click “Create Your New Password” button.

Password Requirements:

1. Minimum length 8 characters
2. Mix of at least one letter and one number
3. Includes at least one uppercase and one lower lowercase letter

To access and print your CE certificates:

• Click here to sign in dentalcare.com if you are not already.
• Click on "Your Profile" (the icon of a person).
• Click on "Your Courses & Assignments".
• Your CE credits can be found under "Courses Completed".

For LIVE CE courses sponsored by Crest + Oral-B but taken with CE Zoom, please look into your CE Zoom account. If you are having issues finding them on the CE Zoom website, please contact them through chat at https://info.cezoom.com/upcoming-free-live-webinars-from-crest-oral-b

Your certificate and score will be stored in “Your Courses & Assignments” on dentalcare.com under the profile icon. You can print your certificate(s) for your records.

If you did not receive your certificate, it indicates the course submission was not complete. To ensure that your submission is complete: Login to dentalcare.com > select desired course > after reading the content, click “Take the Test”. Step 1: Take and submit your test! You will immediately see your score. You have the option to take the test again or to record your course completion and obtain a certificate by clicking “CREATE CERTIFICATE.” Step 2: You can enter your license number and MUST fill out the survey. Click “OBTAIN CERTIFICATE” below the survey. Step 3: (Optional)

If you are unable to complete the first two steps and received an error message, please CONTACT US via this form and list the approximate date and time that you took the test and the dentalcare.com team will troubleshoot further.

If you have already completed the assigned course and forgot to add your assignment number, go to Your Courses and Assignments. Find the course you completed in your dashboard. Click the three dots to the right of the course and click on “Add Assignment Number” in the drop down menu. Add your assignment number and click ENTER. You will immediately see your assignment number on the course record.

__ Case Studies and Online Test Feature!__

Faculty members no longer need to provide their students with the answers! Students can take the test online and immediately get their score! If you are a faculty member wishing to see the test answers, please contact customer service.

As of July 1, 2023, programs with commercial interest can no longer be providers of continuing education using ADA CERP recognition. However, our dedication to providing high quality CE courses has not changed, dentalcare.com is a nationally __approved AGD PACE program provider and an approved provider of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene. __

Note to Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, South Carolina and Tennessee Licensees: Procter & Gamble is an approved dental CE provider for the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners, Florida Board of Dentistry, Kentucky Board of Dentistry, Louisiana State Board of Dentistry, Michigan Board of Dentistry, South Carolina Board of Dentistry, and Tennessee Board of Dentistry. “Proof of completions” are electronically reported to CE Broker within 24 hours of course completion.

For accurate submissions into the Florida CE Broker system, dentists need to have a DN in front of their license number and hygienists need to have a DH in front of their license number.

Please remove any zeros at the front of your license before submitting. CE Broker does not accept zeros. If you forgot to add your license number or one of courses was missing from CE broker after course completion, please visit CE Broker for how to upload the course manually.

Nearly all licensing boards accept credit earned through AGD PACE-approved organizations for re-licensure, but because regulations can change at any time, we recommend that providers or course participants check with their specific licensing boards. Visit the American Association of Dental Boards website to find a complete list of U.S. dental licensing boards. A list of Canadian regulatory boards can be found on the Canadian Dental Association’s website.

When you get to Step 3 of the course completion process if you are a member of the AGD and want to submmit your course from dentalcare.com, make sure to fill out the field that asks for your AGD membership number. When you hit submit, a copy of the "proof of completion" is sent directly to the AGD. You may also want to print a copy for your records. As always, all your certificates can be found in "Your Courses and Assignments".

To be in compliance with the MATE act, courses must be provided by the organizations listed in the statute. AGD was not included in the statute as a continuing education provider. Currently, PACE-approved programs are not considered authorized providers of this eight hours of safe prescribing training required for renewing or receiving a DEA license. AGD is working diligently on a resolution for PACE approved providers to be recognized for this specific content.
