Svetlana Farrell, DDS, PhD

Svetlana Farrell, DDS, PhD received her dental degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University in Russia and her PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati in the United States. Dr. Farrell joined Procter & Gamble (Crest & Oral-B) in 2004 as a clinical scientist in Oral Care R&D where she led global clinical programs in support of new technology development, product launch and advertising claims for therapeutics, medical devices and cosmetics. Today, Dr. Farrell is a Senior R&D Director at Procter & Gamble. She oversees Global Oral Care Clinical and Pre-Clinical Operations, Professional Scientific Relations, Statistics and Data Management. Her research interests focus on novel clinical designs, Life Science methods innovation, development of predictive models, pre-clinical to clinical translation and clinical imaging for Oral Care. Dr. Farrell is an author of over 90 peer-reviewed publications and presentations, and she regularly presents at various international scientific meetings.
