This was an excellent course. Easy to follow. The exam was straight forward and a learning exercise in itself. I'm an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, and while I knew a lot of the information offered, found it an excellent review and advise all specialties to take this course, for regardless of the age of the patient you are treating, you never know the age of the person (s) in the waiting room that may have come with the patient. And emergencies can occur at any time.

Really enjoyed the video, and even learned new information after 20+ years in the industry. Detailed hand washing review was great. Went to take the test, however, and it said "Error: Page has been moved". So, I contacted customer service through email, and I'm waiting to hear back. Not able to print my completion of the course, obviously, until I take the test.
