CASE STUDIES

Dental Case Studies

These case studies have been designed specifically for dental hygienist students. Each case consists of patient documentation (Patient History and Periodontal Chart) and images (Radiographs and intraoral photographs). These case studies may be used in a number of ways, such as:

• Individual study followed by in class testing.
• Group study followed by classroom presentation.
• Classroom review and discussion.

Above all, our hope is that these cases will provide you with insights into the complex issues involved in patient care.
