Inferior Concha Bones

The two inferior concha bones make up the inferior lateral wall of the nasal cavity. The inferior concha are the largest of the three protrusions into the nasal cavity as they are near the base of the pyramidal shaped cavity. Between the concha and the walls of the nasal cavity is the inferior meatus.
