Dr. Hargitai currently serves as Chairman of the Orofacial Pain Center at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry (1996) and a native of Cleveland, Ohio. His Master of Science in Oral Biology is by way of the George Washington University (2002). He has received a certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the Helms Medical Institute (2010) as well as a Certificate in Teaching by the Uniformed Services University (2016). Dr. Hargitai is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Medicine as well as the American Board of Orofacial Pain. His research interests lie in characterizing patients with chronic pain and sleep disorders.
