As The Practice Grows "Word Of Mouth Marketing"
Hi, and welcome to another episode. I'm your host Brad. Thanks so much for joining us.
Today, we’re going to cover a topic that is key to your Practice’s success.
Word-of-Mouth marketing is the most effective form of advertising. Of all time!
Just think about it.
If someone you trust recommends a restaurant, a movie, a hotel, you pay attention.
Same holds true with recommending a Dental Practice. Of course, you have to give your patients something worth talking about.
If you haven’t made a strong, impactful impression on them, what will they say?
Make sure you give them an exceptional patient experience. Make sure your office is a showplace, with the latest equipment, and pleasant, enticing décor.
And finally, make sure your Dental Team is well trained to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Now you can sit back and hope that your patients spread the good word about your Practice. At this point, they probably will. But I recommend you be just a little bit more proactive. And ensure that scalable Word-of-Mouth marketing actually happens.
You ask me how. Well…
By asking your patients for referrals. If your patients are happy with you and your Practice, they should also be happy to recommend you.
Just find the ideal moment to ask.
Maybe it’s after the smile reveal, after you've changed their life with their beautiful new Dream-Perfect smile. Perhaps it's after their first cleaning.
Whatever it is, we call these micro moments, when your patients are so happy about what you’ve done for them. BOOM! And then you ask.
Everyone on your Dental Team should actually be looking for those moments to ask for a referral.
DentalCare.com has plenty more ideas on Word-of-Mouth marketing so make sure to explore them more.
Please, let your patients become your ambassadors for your Practice, so you tap into the power of scalable Word-of-Mouth marketing.
Because this will always be the best way to grow your Practice.
And if you master this, you’ll be a Marketing Genius.
Thanks for watching!
